The story of MindLab isn’t about a grand plan to change the world. It’s about a personal frustration, a home-built solution, and the realization that we had accidentally built what could be the future of work.

It Started with a Simple Itch

Like many people, we had a “wow” moment with ChatGPT. We saw its potential and started using it for everything. But over time, the “wow” faded. The AI was powerful, but it was also tedious. It was a brilliant intern with no memory. Every new project required re-explaining context and re-teaching workflows. It was powerful, but it wasn’t a partner. It didn’t solve the core problem of delegating complex, multi-step work and trusting that it would be done right. So, we built something for ourselves: a simple orchestration layer to manage different AI agents, retain context, and define the exact workflows we needed. The idea for MindLab scaled from there. We added a marketplace, with the vision that this could be used by anyone to improve their workflow. This opens up the creator economy, allowing people who can design good workflows to not only earn money, but to build better solutions than we ever could ourselves. That’s why our mission is to perfect the orchestrating layer and the marketplace, to build the operating system for a new economy of work, and to let the world’s creativity take shape.

Our Philosophy

We believe AI should be a force for amplification, not just automation. Our work is guided by three core principles:

Pragmatic Innovation

We focus on solving real-world business problems. Our solutions are designed to be practical, measurable, and impactful from day one.

Trust and Transparency

We believe that trust is the foundation of any successful partnership. Our platform is built to be secure, auditable, and fully transparent, giving you complete confidence in your AI operations.

Human-Centered Design

We design for humans. Our goal is to create AI that is intuitive, collaborative, and ultimately, a joy to work with.
